Our services
Colombian Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX areas. The specific scope of each clean is described in your quote or booking confirmation.
Estimates & pricing
Online estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an in-person or on-site assessment of your home or space. Final pricing is confirmed before service.
Scheduling, cancellations & access
Please provide safe, timely access to your home or space at the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to a fee if made outside our stated window. We will always communicate any applicable fees in advance.

If you are not satisfied with a clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional cost, subject to the terms of the guarantee.
Payment
Payment is due as described in your booking. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for services rendered and any agreed-upon fees.
Text messaging (SMS) program
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our quote or booking forms, or by texting START to (404) 793-1150, you agree to receive text messages from Colombian Cleaning at that number. The program sends your price quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, service follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers, including messages sent by an automated system. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@colombiancleaning.com or (404) 793-1150. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colombian Cleaning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Please notify us promptly of any concerns so we can address them.
